Hello and welcome!

This is just a short introduction to give you an outline of my upcoming 6 week live course called 'Back to Your Future Self'. 


If you were to describe yourself, there would be certain words you would choose, positive or negative that would explain what you think and believe about yourself that will be true or untrue. How you see yourself colours everything you do, what you say yes or no to, what makes you feel you’re not good enough, where you feel most confident or safe, what causes you frustration, pain, joy, excitement or anxiety .

Our personalities shape who we are as people, how we think, what we say and how we behave and this in turn shapes our lives. But this habit we have of being ourselves is basically a pattern and if we are not getting the results, not achieving or experiencing what we really would love for ourselves then as Einstein said  - and I’m paraphrasing - it’s insane to think that you are going to get different results by doing the same thing, being the same person believing the same things about yourself and the world around you.

So, if you take a moment or two and look back on your life, you may see that there have been similar challenging, unwanted  situations, circumstances and people that have turned up time and time again though perhaps under different circumstances.

Week 1 - where am I? …. Now what?

This week we look at your blocks, beliefs and fears, see where you are now and call up your desires, goals and dreams to be felt more consciously in your soul, heart and mind.

Week 2 - awareness, self-image, 

Breathe, connect and calm our mind-soul-heart-body 

  • Improving awareness

  • What causes you pain and pleasure? 

  • Techniques and tools to train your mind to think better feeling thoughts. Gain greater clarity about how you see yourself

  • Why do Meditation? – experience and learn about the benefits to health and wellbeing.

Week 3 - fun starts in your imagination!

  • Deep dive into your current results, your blocks, your triggers, patterns of behaviour that don’t serve you and more 

  • Inner work – create your Vision Statement, this is fundamental in helping you become a better creator! 

  • How does the Law of Attraction really work?

Week 4 - Manifesting tools and concepts.

  • Check in and clarify your values, level up your Vision Statement into the movie of your life in glorious technicolour!

Week 6 - Who have you become?

Our final week of the course! This week we will be assessing where you are now since embarking on this
